§ 73.12 PORTABLE BASKETBALL GOALS.
   (A)   Portable basketball goals are prohibited from being placed on a local street, court, cul-de-sac or in any alley that is under the jurisdiction of the City of Beech Grove.
   (B)   Portable basketball goals shall not be left on sidewalks and streets unattended when finished playing and shall not be placed in front of a fire hydrant.
