(A) The program shall be under the Direction of the Department of Public Works Director, and such Director shall establish a weekly pick-up schedule.
(B) The Department of Public Works shall pick up each trash container (tote) twice weekly unless otherwise directed by the Director of the Department of Public Works.
(C) The city and/or the respective business involved have/has the right to discontinue such commercial trash pick-up service by giving a 30-day written notice to the City of Beech Grove and/or the respective business.
(D) Unless a business signs up for the commercial trash pick-up service, the city shall discontinue such service to current users unless they agree to the terms of this subchapter. The only exception would the City of Beech Grove School System and the Beech Grove Public Library which are other governmental units within the City of Beech Grove.
