§ 96.36 TYPES OF TRASH CONTAINERS AUTHORIZED FOR USE.
   (A)   The only type of approved trash container (tote) that is authorized for usage is the 96-gallon trash container (tote) with the “City of Beech Grove” identified on the trash container (tote) itself.
   (B)   No other trash container will be authorized for usage including dumpsters.
