§ 34.31 AMENDMENT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   Provided the Commission is acting within the confines of this subchapter, the adoption, amendment and replacement of the rules and regulations of the Commission shall be by the Commission in accordance with IC 36-8-3.5-22.
