§ 34.29 BUDGET MATTERS.
   The Commission shall submit a proposed annual budget to the city as other budgets of the city are submitted, including a budget for professional services and consulting services necessary for the operation of the Commission. The Common Council shall include in its annual budget an amount sufficient for all necessary expenses of the Commission.
