§ 154.912 DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE, REFUSE AND RUBBISH.
   Every occupant of a structure or part thereof shall dispose of all garbage, refuse and rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner in accordance with all applicable provisions of the City Municipal Code.
