Chapter 15, Section 150.270, which incorporates by reference Indiana Code 36-7-9-1--36-7-9-28, is hereby incorporated into this code in its entirety and made a part hereof, as fully as though set out in its entirety. Whenever the Building Commissioner determines that a building or structure is unsafe within the meaning of Beech Grove Municipal Code, the Building Commissioner shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of said Chapter.
