§ 151.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TEMPORARY PARKING. A period of time not exceeding 24 hours.
   TRAILER. Any vehicle or structure designed and constructed in a manner as to permit occupancy as sleeping quarters for one or more persons, or the conduct of any business or profession, occupation, or trade, or use as a selling or advertising device, and so designed that it is or may be mounted on wheels or used as a conveyance on a highway, propelled or drawn by its own or other motive power.
   TRANSIENT PARKING. A temporary parking or location of a trailer necessarily involved in the accomplishment of a specific purpose within a specified time.
