§ 115.54 BOOKS AND RECORDS OF PERMIT HOLDERS.
   No person shall solicit any contributions for any charitable purpose without maintaining a system of accounting whereby all donations to it and all disbursements are entered upon the books or records of that person's treasurer or other financial officer.
