§ 115.11 SELLING OR DISTRIBUTING GOODS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall sell or distribute on the streets, alleys, parks, or other public grounds of the city, any goods, wares, or merchandise.
