Every solicitor or peddler licensed under §§ 115.01 through 115.13 shall have his photograph attached to his license and shall have his license and permit in his immediate possession at all times. When he is peddling or soliciting, he shall display the same on demand of any police or other officer of the city and on demand of any person to whom he is peddling or soliciting.
