§ 115.02 UNLICENSED SOLICITING UNLAWFUL.
   (A)   The practice of going in and on residential property, or ringing a doorbell, or knocking on a door of a private residence, including an apartment, in the city, by any solicitor or peddler without a license and not having been requested or invited to do so by the owner, occupant, or lessee of the private residence or apartment, for the purpose of soliciting orders for the sale of goods, wares, and merchandise, and peddling or hawking the same is declared to be a nuisance.
   (B)   Any peddler or solicitor, being uninvited, who goes in or on the residential property in the city without a license as provided by § 115.03 shall be deemed to have committed a nuisance.

   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to peddle or solicit without having complied with the provisions of this chapter.
