§ 111.15 SIGNBOARD AREA TO BE KEPT CLEAN.
   (A)   Any person, partnership, firm, corporation, or individual occupying any vacant lot or parcel of ground with a ground signboard shall be subject to the same duties and responsibilities as the owner of the lot or parcel of ground with respect to keeping the same clean, sanitary, inoffensive, and free and clear of all obnoxious substances and unsightly conditions in the vicinity of such ground signboard on the lot or parcel of ground. This provision shall include the entire tract of any real estate used for erection of any ground signboard.
   (B)   Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation maintaining any ground signboard shall keep it in sanitary condition and shall not allow waste or other refuse to accumulate on or about the premises on which the sign is located.
