For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GROUND SIGNBOARD. Any signboard or advertising display erected, constructed, or maintained for the purpose of displaying outdoor advertising by means of posters, pictures, pictorial, or reading matters, when the sign or advertising display is supported by uprights, braces, or other structural members, placed on the ground or fixed therein and not attached to a part of any building.
