§ 110.53 PRORATED FEES.
   (A)   Refunds shall be made in proportion to the amount of fee already paid, prorated for the balance of the license period, upon notification by a licensee of his voluntary retirement from business.
   (B)   Fees shall be prorated for the balance of any license period for any business that has been commenced after the beginning of the license period.
