§ 110.26 CLERK-TREASURER'S ADDITIONAL DUTIES.
   The Clerk-Treasurer shall do the following:
   (A)   Issue licenses under all reasonable rules and regulations necessary to the operation and enforcement of this chapter made and promulgated by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
   (B)   Adopt all forms and prescribe the information to be given therein as to character and other relevant matters for all necessary papers.
   (C)   Require applicants to submit all affidavits and oaths necessary to the administration of this chapter.
   (D)   Submit all applications, in a proper case, to interested city officials for their endorsement thereon as to compliance by the applicant with all city regulations which they have the duty of enforcing and submit all applications to the Board of Public Works and Safety for its final approval.
   (E)   Notify any applicant of the acceptance or rejection of his application and shall, upon refusal of any license or permit, at the applicant's request, state in writing the reasons therefor and deliver them to the applicant.
