(A) Bells rang by church or religious institutions are permissible, without time restriction.
(B) Noises produced by city approved firework displays or approved public events are permissible until 12:00 a.m. or 1:00 a.m. on January 1 of each year.
(C) Noises produced at school sponsored events on school property are permissible up to 11:00 p.m.
