(A) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, whoever violates any provisions of this chapter shall be fine not more than $100.
(B) Whoever violates § 101.03 shall be deemed guilty of a punishable offense upon conviction thereunder shall be fined not exceeding $100. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
