(A) Whoever violates any section of this chapter for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalty as set forth in § 10.99.
(B) A violation of § 96.10 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50.
(C) Whoever violates § 96.15 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $1,000.
