Penalties hereby imposed and identified pursuant to the City of Beech Grove Fire Prevention and Protection Code identified in this chapter, as set out under the Indiana Code for violations found, are hereby adopted and approved upon the approval of the State of Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission and upon passage of this chapter by the City Council.
