§ 94.153 APPEAL FROM DENIAL OF PERMIT.
   When the Beech Grove Fire Department rejects or refuses to grant a permit required by this chapter, or when it is claimed that provisions of this section of this chapter relating thereto do not apply, the person may appeal the decision in writing to the Board of Public Works and Safety.
