(A) A Halloween amusement permit shall be issued only after the Beech Grove Fire Department's Fire Prevention Bureau has had an opportunity to inspect the subject premises, and has found that the building or structure and amusement conforms with all applicable fire and life safety requirements as set forth in the applicable rules of the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission currently in effect and this Code.
(B) A permit issued pursuant to this division shall not be transferable, and any change in use or occupancy of premises shall require a new permit.
