(A) An individual or company who desires to sell wholesale or retail fireworks within the city shall obtain a permit from the State of Indiana prior to the selling of merchandise to the general public.
(B) Upon the issuance of a permit through the State of Indiana, such individual or company who desires to sell wholesale or retail fireworks within the city, shall obtain a local permit from the city, prior to the selling of fireworks to the general public.
(C) Such fee schedule per stand or business shall be as follows: A fee of $276 shall be assessed for each temporary stand or business that opens.
(D) Fees for permits pursuant to wholesale or retail sale of fireworks shall be made payable to the city.
(E) Permits issued by the city for the purpose of selling wholesale or retail fireworks within the city shall expire 30 days after issuance of such permit.
