(A) Means of egress illumination shall be provided and maintained in accordance with the rules of the Fire Prevention and Safety Commission in effect at the time of construction. Means of egress shall be illuminated and exit signs shall be maintained when the building or structure is occupied.
(B) Any replacement of exit signs in existing buildings or structures or installation of additional exit signs shall meet the requirements of the rules of the Fire Prevention and Building Commission.
(C) Equipment providing emergency power for means of egress illumination and exit signs shall be maintained in an operable condition.
