Person or persons found to unlawfully access key boxes or pertinent keys, tamper with fire protection systems, injure or destroy fire hose, or unlawfully open hydrants shall be reported to the local law enforcement agency for documentation. It shall be at the discretion of local law enforcement to file a report or incident to the Marion County Prosecutors Office for review by the Felony Screening Division for accuracy and filing purposes.
