Under IC 36-8-17-9, the enforcement of 675 IAC 22, this chapter, or any other provision of this code which is within the jurisdiction of the City of Beech Grove, the Beech Grove Fire Department's Fire Prevention Bureau may seek the correction of any violation or the elimination of any hazardous condition, by the methods specified in this division or by any other appropriate remedy or procedure provided by law.
