§ 94.023 RECORDS, REPORTS AND REPRODUCTION FEES.
   (A)   The Beech Grove Fire Department shall keep a record of all fires and the facts concerning their, including statistics as to the extent of fires and the losses sustained. Such reports shall be prepared into a monthly report and an annual report submitted to the Board of Public Works and Safety. The annual report, together with recommendations, shall be submitted, by the 31st day of January of the following year. The Beech Grove Fire Department shall maintain files containing reports of all properties that have been inspected, all orders issued, of all complaints and fires investigated, and the location of all buildings containing hazardous occupancies. Such files shall be under the direct control of the Injury Prevention Chief.
   (B)   A reproduction fee of $2 shall be charged for a paper report. A $15 fee shall be charged for the reproduction of a VHS tape and or a cassette tape. A $5 fee shall be charged for each individual still picture taken.
   (C)   No charge shall be assessed for the reproduction of a paper report, VHS tape, cassette tape and or a individual still picture to any city, county, state and or federal government agency.
