(A) The Beech Grove Fire Department shall perform inspections under the administrative supervision of the Injury Prevention Chief pursuant to IC 36-8-17.
(B) The Beech Grove Fire Department may, as often as may be reasonably necessary.
(1) Inspect every place and public area, except the interiors of private dwellings;
(2) Inspect upon receipt of a complaint, any building or premises, and public areas except interiors of private dwellings; and
(3) Inspect upon receipt of a complaint any common area of a multi-family dwelling.
