§ 94.010 FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU ESTABLISHED; JURISDICTION.
   (A)   As authorized by IC 36-8-17 there is hereby established a local Fire Prevention Bureau with in the Beech Grove Fire Department.
   (B)   The jurisdiction of the Fire Prevention Bureau shall be as follows. The Fire Prevention Bureau established within the Beech Grove Fire Department shall have jurisdiction within the city.
