§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of§ § 93.01 through 93.04 or any order made by the Mayor in accordance with the terms of§ § 93.01 through 93.04 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.

   (B)   Any parent, guardian, or person having the legal custody of a minor who violates any provisions of §§ 93.10 and 93.11 shall be fined not more than $500. In addition, any minor violating any provisions of §§ 93.10 and 93.11 may be referred to the County Juvenile Court.
