(A) Copies of all petitions, applications, and communications submitted by the franchisee to the Federal Communications Commission, Securities Exchange Commission, or any other federal or state regulatory commission or agency having jurisdiction with respect to any matters affecting CATV operations authorized pursuant to this franchise shall be made available to the authority upon request.
(B) The franchisee shall allow the authority to designate a qualified individual to audit upon reasonable notice all the plans, contracts, engineering data, statistical data, customer and service records relating to its system and all other records required to be kept hereunder; and at all times maintain complete and accurate books of account, records of its business and operation, and all other records as required by this chapter or the franchise.
