§ 91.081 EMERGENCY USE OF FACILITIES.
   The franchisee shall, in the case of any emergency or disaster, make the entire system available without charge to the city or to any other governmental or civil defense agency that the city shall designate. The city will pay for all needed equipment to pre-empt the entire system for emergency or disaster purposes.
