§ 91.080 PRIVACY RIGHTS TO BE PROTECTED.
   (A)   The franchisee and the authority shall maintain constant diligence with regard to possible abuses of the right of privacy or other human rights of any subscriber, programmer, or general citizen resulting from any device or signal associated with the cable communications system. The possibility of such abuse shall be discussed at every scheduled renegotiation session.
   (B)   The franchisee shall not sell or otherwise make available lists of the names and addresses of any of its subscribers, or any lists which identify by name, address, subscriber viewing habits to any person, agency, or entity.
