§ 91.016 PAYMENTS TO CITY BY FRANCHISEE.
   The payments provided for in this agreement to be made to the city are in payment by the company to the city for the use of the streets and alleys, and additional supervision, maintenance, inspection, regulation, burdens, and costs to the city occasioned by reason of the granting of the rights hereunder.
