Upon termination of the agreement, the company shall remove its cables, wires, and its equipment from all poles of the city and all space reserved for the city's use on poles belonging to others. If not so removed, the city shall have the right to remove or have its contractor remove them at the risk, cost, and expense of the company and without any liability therefor.
