(A) The Common Council may amend this ordinance or the franchise in order to comply with modifications to the provisions of Subpart C, Section 76.31 of the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Communications Commission; and it is agreed that any such modifications shall be incorporated into the franchise within one year of adoption of the modification, or at the time of franchise renewal, whichever occurs first.
(B) In the event that applicable technical rules of the Federal Communications Commission are amended, it is agreed between the parties that this franchise or agreement shall be modified within one year after such FCC amendments to conform thereto.
