§ 91.012 UNAUTHORIZED USE OF SERVICE.
   (A)   Persons receiving CATV service may not alter, extend, or otherwise tamper with the company's facilities to serve more equipment than being contracted for.
   (B)   Cable tapping prohibited. Neither the franchisee nor any other person, agency, or entity shall tap or arrange for the tapping of any cable, line, signal input device, or subscriber outlet or receiver for any purpose whatsoever.
   (C)   Cable monitoring prohibited. Neither the franchisee, nor any other person, agency, or entity shall monitor or arrange for the monitoring of any cable, line, signal input device, or subscriber outlet or receiver for any purpose whatsoever, without the specific written authorization of the subscriber and the authority. The authority shall not grant such authorization without having a public hearing on the subject which shall be announced by written notice in a newspaper of general circulation at least ten days before the date of the hearing.
