(A) The company shall, at its own expense, make and maintain its attachments in safe condition and in good repair, and in a manner suitable to the city and so as not to conflict with use of poles.
(B) In the maintenance and operation of its television distribution system in the streets, alleys, and other public places, and in the course of any new construction or additions to its facilities, the company shall proceed so as to cause the least possible inconvenience to the general public. Any streets, alleys, sidewalks, or other public places disturbed or damaged in the construction or maintenance of the system shall be promptly repaired to the satisfaction of the city and by and at the expense of the company.
