§ 91.005 INSTALLATION NOT TO INTERFERE WITH EXISTING TELEVISION RECEPTION.
   (A)   Installation shall be maintained in such a manner to avoid interference in any manner with the TV reception already in existence in the areas served by the company.
   (B)   The distribution system shall be installed, operated, and maintained in such a manner that no interference will be caused to the reception of signals transmitted by any communications service authorized by any federal agency.
