(A) Schedule. No motor vehicles of any type shall be operated on the following streets in excess of the speed limits indicated herein.

(B) Signs. The Department of Public Works and Safety shall post the speed limits as established herein on appropriate signs.
(C) Penalty. Persons who operate their motor vehicles upon the designated streets, alleys, or parkways in excess of the posted speed limits established herein shall be fined in an amount of $75 plus state statutory required court fees.
