(A) It shall be unlawful for the owner, driver, or operator of any vehicle to park or stop the same, or to permit the same to be parked or to stand at any time, during the period of any snow emergency, on any of the following streets, avenues, boulevards, parkways, or highways, which are hereby declared to be snow emergency routes:

(B) Any additional streets or portions thereof which may be designated by the Mayor in such emergency executive order and then posted by the Police Department or other city department.
