Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $100, or, in the event the violator is of minor age, he may be referred to the Marion County Juvenile Court for appropriate action and may be required to attend traffic school, if established within the city. In addition to the aforesaid penalty, the violator may have the vehicle utilized in the violation confiscated, or any combination of penalties and performance herein prescribed.
