§ 50.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not specified shall be subject to a fine not in excess of $1,000.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provisions of § 50.002(A) shall be fined not less than that amount set by state law.

   (C)   Whoever violates any provisions of § 50.003(B), (C), (D) shall be fined not more than $1,000. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 50.005, 50.023(B), 50.065, and 50.066 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $1,000.

   (E)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 50.020, 50.021(B) through (G), 50.023(A), 50.031 through 50.038, 50.055, or 50.056 upon conviction thereof shall be fined an amount not to exceed $1,000. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing in this division shall restrict any right which may be provided by statute or common law to the city to bring other actions, at law or in equity.

   (F)   Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 50.067 through 50.071 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $1,000.
