§ 39.02 CLERK-TREASURER ACCEPTS PAYMENT OF FINES.
   (A)   All violations of the Beech Grove Code of Ordinances pursuant to the City Court of Beech Grove will be collected through the Ordinance Violations Bureau, unless stipulated by Indiana Code.
   (B)   The City Court Clerk shall accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations and payment of civil penalties of not more than $2,500 in ordinance violation cases.
