(A) The city adopts IC 5-4-1-18(b) in its entirety regarding the issuance of certain surety bonds for certain elected and/or appointed officials with the City of Beech Grove.
(B) The Common Council instructs the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer to include in the liability insurance policy a “blanket” bond to cover all employees, commission members, and persons acting on behalf of the local government unit.
