§ 34.03 FIRE DEPARTMENT PENSION FUND.
   (A)   A Firefighters' Pension Fund and Trustees Board therefor are created for the members of the Fire Department.

   (B)   The administration of the Firefighters' Pension Fund, the rights and duties of the Trustees of the Fund, and the authority and duties of the Clerk-Treasurer, from and after the adoption of this chapter, shall be performed in accord with state law authorizing creation of the Fund, Board, and rights and duties of the Trustees of the Fund and the Clerk-Treasurer in relation to the administration thereof.

   (C)   The Firefighters' Pension Fund Board of Trustees shall perform certain duties prescribed by IC 36-8-7 (1925 Fund) and IC 36-8-8 (1977 Fund) concerning the statutory pensions of city firefighters.
