§ 33.06 POLICE PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   (A)   A Board of Trustees of the Police Pension Fund, as provided by state law establishing the Fund in all cities except of the first class, is created.

   (B)   The Police Pension Board of Trustees shall perform certain duties prescribed by IC 36-8-6 (1925 Fund) and IC 36-8-8 (1977 Fund) concerning the statutory provisions of city police.
