§ 32.05 CITY ATTORNEY.
   The City Attorney shall be the head of the Department of Law, as set forth in IC 36-4-9-11 and 36-4-9-12. He or she shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at his or her pleasure, as set forth in IC 36-4-9-8.
