3-1-1: ENFORCEMENT OF LICENSE PROVISIONS:

The village administrator, or any duly authorized agent of the village so appointed by the village administrator, shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and enter upon any premises for inspection and enforcement of this chapter. (Ord. 1166, 10-8-2012)
