2-6-4: RULES:
The historic preservation commission shall adopt such rules governing its procedures and regulating its business as from time to time, it deems proper and necessary, including rules for the authorization of funds from the commission account, including the requirement that the commission chair sign and approve of each invoice or request for payment. A copy of the approved rules shall be filed with the village clerk. The village auditor or village board may require modification to the commission financial practices or authorize an investigation and the commission shall cooperate in the completion of these items.
